With his current focus being on the release of Slaughterhouse’s Shady Records debut album, Welcome to: Our House, Eminem has shared that he’s also managed some time to work on solo tracks for his next album. While making a visit to Hot 97’s Cipha Sounds & Rosenberg show this morning, Em announced not only that Slaughterhouse will be hitting the stage at Hot 97’s Summer Jam, but also that he’s working on a project of his own.

Well, right now, I’m finishing everything up on the Slaughterhouse album and I’m kind of getting into my next record a little bit. I’m starting to toy [with the next album], yes.
