Building upon the fashion house’s masculine aesthetic and streetwear-inspired pieces, Riccardo Tisci and Givenchy presents a look at the upcoming 2013 pre-spring collection. Displaying subtle nods to both military soldiers and the uniforms of young boy scouts, the collection includes the recently previewed Resort pieces and is marked by black, navy, slate blue, khaki, and burgundy hues with pale pink and red highlights alongside paisley, aircraft, propeller, braid and star graphic detailing. Complemented by the additional use of stripes and check patterns while boasting expert tailoring and sharp, geometrical cuts, Givenchy’s 2013 pre-spring collection is due out early next year.
