Hailing from Canada, Reigning Champ has been a longtime favorite for its well-rounded offering of apparel basics. Placing a particular focus on its Signature 25oz. Heavyweight Canadian Fleece, every piece that comes off its production line has been crafted at the hands of countless sewers, tailors and artisans. Foregoing excessive branding, Reigning Champ emphasizes minimalism with its chromatic-heavy collections and understated zigzag stitched embroidery tags. Serving as a foundation and catalyst for each of its pieces, the Vancouver-based brand fuses its local environment and inherent DNA into every step along the way – a discipline that shines through effortlessly in the final product.

Step 1 / DESIGN PROCESS
Our focus is fleece. We design fleece garments heavily inspired by our environment and lifestyle.
Step 2 / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
From fabric development to garment assembly, the development team takes the initial design and communicates it to the pattern-maker. This is the stage where the initial prototype is created.
Step 5 / FABRIC CUTTING
The factory utilizes different cutting methods depending on the fabric properties. Finer fabrics are hand cut while technical fabrics are laser cut.
Step 6 / GATHER MATERIALS
All materials including fabric, thread, zippers and hang tags are gathered and sent to the sewing department.
Step 10 / INSPECTION & QUALITY CHECK
Each Reigning Champ garment is thoroughly checked to ensure only high quality goods are shipped.
