KENLU: Nike Air Force 1 XXX 2012 Fall/Winter Editorial

Originally introduced in 1982, the iconic Air Force 1 has celebrated its 30th anniversary here in 2012 with a number of limited and specially designed releases from Nike Sportswear. Some of the latest designs and modern interpretations are highlighted in a new lookbook from Taiwan-based footwear and streetwear retailer KENLU. Showcasing scuff-resistant TecTuff and seamless Vac Tech, Skive Tech and Foamposite editions of the silhouette alongside both standard and deconstructed, military-inspired versions of the early ’80s classic, the lookbook pairs the high- and low-tops with fall/winter garb from labels like wisdom, TRAD Philosophy, Topman, Nigel Cabourn, Arc’teryx Veilance, Monitaly, Kitsune, Fjällräven and Nike Sportswear. Utilizing outfits of various military, prep and street dispositions, the lookbook highlights the versatility of the footwear standard.
