Stussy and Nike Sportswear, two of the most iconic brands in the streetwear industry, are teaming up once again to create a new pack of limited edition sneakers. Using the Sky Force 88 model, which originally debuted in a basketball-crazed late-1980s when the Force versus Flight debate was alive and well, Stussy has cited the Nike Special Forces Boot as an inspiration for their version of the kicks. With four colorways altogether – two completely tonal in grey and sand and two in muted camouflage materials – the pack’s utilitarian design philosophy works well on the Sky Force 88s. These shoes are complete with cupsole construction, ankle cushioning, durable materials, a circular pattern at the outsole’s forefoot, and the classic Force logo joined by Stussy’s iconic ‘SS’ mark on the shoe’s tongue. A Tier Zero release, the Stussy x Nike Sportswear Sky Force 88s will surely be hard to get your hands on.
