Amos Toys has garnered an immense following in the designer toy community thanks to its quirky series of comical characters, especially the now flagship character YOD. The UK-based company founded by James Jarvis pays homage to the brand’s initial roots in landscape product design by launching a version composed entirely of beech wood, enabling possible articulation of the joints through magnet embedding. The limited run of 30 intricately handcrafted figures can be purchased July 2, 2011 at midnight via Amos’s web store.
