Upon its conception, uniform experiment was seemingly positioned as a brand for those wanting a more refined approach to fashion away from the more street-centric offerings from Hiroshi Fujiwara and Hirofumi Kiyonaga’s respective fragment design and SOPHNET. labels. However season after season, we did see uniform experiment branch outwards away from the preconceived notion of higher-end suits and ties. Yet the brand does return to the roots of creating something a bit different with their MAT WORSTED WOOL suit. The two-button suit featuers some minor details including checkered touches on both the pocket square and belt loop. A small reference to some of fragment design’s previous styles is seen with a keychain loop as well.
