Tenue de Nimes x Converse Indigo-Dyed Chuck Taylor All Star High
Converse’s Chuck Taylor All Star model finds itself at the center of a new collaboration with Dutch

Converse’s Chuck Taylor All Star model finds itself at the center of a new collaboration with Dutch retailer/magazine Tenue de Nîmes. Commemorating the retailer’s three-year anniversary this year, Tenue de Nîmes will host an event today to officially launch the second chapter of the indigo-dyed version of the Chuck Taylor shoe. The original style was done on a Chuck Taylor All Star Low. Enlisting denim specialists, the Manabe family of Momotaro brand and the Rampuya dyeing factory transformed 50 pairs of high tops. The result is a washed aesthetic that’s analogous to the fading and contrast of denim. All 50 pairs are hand-numbered and will be sold in a Ramupya natural cotton bag at Tenue de Nîmes in Amsterdam for €90 EUR (approximately $119 USD).
