Following-up closely on one of its most recent innovations with the ultra-rugged GXW-56, CASIO G-SHOCK launch another new technological development within its range of robust watches. The debut of the GD-100 incorporates an all new lighting system. Having used EL backlighting predominately in the past, the GD-100 switches over to specially developed LED backlighting for lighting 6 times brighter than conventional LEDs. The first two colorways are a seen in black including an all-black version. The CASIO G-SHOCK GD-100 will release on September 30th, 2010.
