The Nike Air Max 90 design has lasted for two decades mainly because of it’s classic structure and functional use. The thick sole complete with the air bubble, the iconic Nike swoosh and it’s clean aesthetic made the shoe a canvas for an array of color combinations. For the sneaker’s 20th anniversary Nike has decided to experiment with the materials to give it an unexpected twist to an age old standard. Nike replaces the usual leather material with scaly crocodile and snake skin for an exotic feel. The new designs come in brown and blue. They even added a brown AM90 for good measure. Available now at Mental Kicks.
