Kanye West - Love Lockdown

Anticipation has been building for Kanye’s upcoming album 808’s and Heartbreak since he performed his first single “Love Lockdown” live at the VMA’s early this week. The response for the single has gone from confusion to complete adulation. Whatever you think about the song, you have to at least give him props for moving in a new direction and yet again reinventing himself. “Love Lockdown” is a momentum building, slightly electronic fueled, auto tune song that is a bit darker and edgier then we usually get from Kanye. I for one am intrigued by his new direction and if the rest of his new album is like this I’m excited to see what he has in store.
