Yo, contact the ACLU or other orgs that would be interested in pursuing this as a case. Also, if you're black and this made you uncomfortable you can get some $$$ out of it from the school.

There's no way the school should have allowed for this to be published.

Disagree, but don't say he's not allowed to tweet what he wants. Also, like the guy above, I really don't get how it was racist. Saying he is black isn't racist. He could very well like that quality about Obama. Add to that, that he pointed out him being white as well, and I really cannot get how you think this is so wrong. Actually it is!!!!!!! Go back to school. So long as it does not incite violence, riots, etc and isn't defamation and whatnot. Laws that forbid hate speech are deemed unconstitutional in the US.
