ReCore is dubbed the first XBox Play Anywhere game — it’s made by the folks at Comcept and is exclusive to the Xbox One and PC (Microsoft Windows 10). As for the “play anywhere” feature, ReCore is a title you can buy digitally on one platform, but also have it on another for free. There’s no need to start over if you’re away from your XBox but have your PC in front of you.

If you need anymore convincing, the trailer does a good job showing how action-packed the game is. It also has a very endearing storyline: Waking on the world of Far Eden, Joule Adams finds she is not alone, but armed with both her father’s guiding words and a host of Corebot.

There’s a lot of puzzle-solving here and blasting your way through sticky situations, so It’ll be interesting to see what the initial reactions are for the game when it comes out.

ReCore will release on September 13, 2016 to the tune of $39.99 USD at the Microsoft store.
