NikeLab GYAKUSOU's Releases the "Rio in Reverse" Capsule in Time for the Olympics
A step away from the collaboration’s usual muted colors.
NikeLab GYAKUSOU, a collaboration between Nike and UNDERCOVER’s Jun Takahashi, is releasing a well-balanced line of athletic apparel in time for the Rio Olympics. The upcoming collection is comparatively experimental to past releases, opting for a brighter, more energized color palette symbolic of Brazil, rather than the usual muted colors. Highly functional as always, all pieces employ Dri-FIT technology, while the Distance Short make use of a light and breathable FlyVent waistband and a packable back pocket on the back panel to store a jacket or change of shirt. The fall collection will reach the NikeLab Rio space at the Ipanema store exclusively on August 4, and later globally on August 18 in NikeLab stores and online.
