adidas Introduces the Latest Evolution of the Crazylight
The “ultimate low-top basketball shoe.”

The Crazylight has long been at the forefront of the Three Stripes’ basketball offerings and now the flagship hardwood silhouette is getting a makeover with the introduction of the brand new Crazylight 2016. Crafted specifically for quick footwork and darting through traffic on the way to the hoop, the upcoming low-top holds a notable distinction: it’ll be adidas’s first-ever hoops shoe to sport full-length Boost cushioning. In addition to the cushy tech, the shoe will make use of a camouflage-like woven upper — inspired by the disruption of the lane — while herringbone traction joins a loaded sprint plate and TPU forefoot roll cage.
The Crazylight 2016 will debut July 2 for $120 USD while the likes of James Harden, Kyle Lowry and Jeremy Lin will lace them up next season.
