GREATS continues its pursuit of covering all facets of footwear with the debut of the all-new Rosen. The minimalistic lifestyle running silhouette pays homage to classics of the past as well as legendary track & field coach, Mel Rosen. It was Rosen’s prowess on the track that took the Bronx-born, Brooklyn-bred native to Iowa and Auburn University as well as a trip with the United States Men’s Track & Field team to the 1992 Olympic Games. Along the way, Rosen was also inducted into the USA Track & Field Hall of Fame in 1995. To keep in line with Rosen’s efforts of the past, the eponymous running shoe features EVA cushioning as well as a nylon and suede upper. The outsole is that of a Vibram® FREERIDE to finish things off. The shoe in its three colorways of Cadet, Nimbus and Cargo, are slated for a release on February 17 at GREATS.com.
