While last year marked the return of New Balance‘s American-made, Vibram-equipped New Balance 990, 2014 will see the Boston-based giant reissue the beloved M997GY. Originally released in 1991, the 2014 retro stays true to the OG with a tonal grey upper of premium leather, suede, mesh and reflective accents as the 997’s ENCAP sole unit remains intact. Crafted in limited numbers in the United States, the New Balance M997GY Reissue will be available from the likes of Australia’s Up There Store beginning Saturday, January 18.
