Nike SB Dunk High “Guinness”

With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, the usual green tributes to the holiday are about to roll out in droves. Eschewing the typical look for a better source of inspiration, the “Guinness” Nike SB Dunk High takes cues from the tasty Irish Stout with a black leather upper alongside Light British Tan accents on the textured Swoosh, tongue tab branding and outsole. A contrasting white midsole and two sets of laces complete the package. The “Guinness” Dunk High is available now from Premier and other Nike SB stockists for $90 USD.

    The alphanumeric dunk lo had a logo and the Guinness harp was already used on the eire dunk lo so it would be a bit crappy to use it again. I think that as the diamond “tiffany” dunk was actually a diamond supply co dunk hence the diamond co logo on the tongue.

    i`de think the concept would look legit if the shoe`s colourway actually looked like the pint of guinness next to it. (ice sole, black midsole, black-brown gradient upper, cream laces,eyestay , tongue and lining with the guinness logo on the heel).

    Those of you who say there should be a logo somewhere haven’t been in this “game” long enough. Since when has Nike ever used the logo of another company on their shoe? Think about it for a minute……right they haven’t.

    Lets not forget they got a C&D for their Heineken dunks when they were released.

    It’s black with a brown swoosh and sole…and all of a sudden.. it’s called the “Guinness”?? How lame. At least the Heineken had the red star. Trying to boost SB hype i guess.
