i bought one of these at home hardware for $4 like 3 months ago… new era isn’t refining any product…
thats right don-p majority of its uses is to ride a bike. Most people in asia travel without cars using other form of transportation. Bikes are common in the streets of Japan and yes this does come in handy when tagging.

Since we are unable to read Japanese we arent quite sure what the text says but as you can see the contraption consists 5 small LED lights on a New Era branding base which has two clips allowing you to clip the unit onto your brim.
