Once again Kanye West teases us with what looks to be his third design of six from his highly anticipated sneaker line with Louis Vuitton. We have given you a glimpse of his first sneaker preview back in early January, and just yesterday unveiled an official picture of his second design. Now we take a look at his newest high top design that’s sure to make more of a buzz, with notable features like the two large Velcro straps and the pink midsole. As stated on his blog, once he gets back from the club he will post more clear pics of these sneakers, so stay tuned and let’s all hope Kanye gets back from the club early (and not too drunk that he forgets) to post more pictures.

people say “it takes a real man to wear pink” to justify it, but that’s honestly bullshit.
pink just looks really shitty on men, period. there’s some good pieces, i’m thinking a little bit of ann dem, but otherwise, not really.

honestly, shut the fuck up. kanye probably doesn’t even design his own shoes, he just says “oh man, that would be dope if this looked like this” or something. it’s one thing to be like a hedi and actually make all your own clothes, or to be a karl and draw your designs to have other people make them. but instead, he doesn’t do either. he just sits and talks to a whole fucking bunch of people and has them make his own shit and then approves it.
honestly, louis vuitton is going down the shithole. the only reason why they are a luxury brand anymore is because of the history, and yes, hype that goes around it. do you honestly think you’d see hollister college girls in sweatpants toting their fake (or real, if a trust fund baby) LV purses? gucci is slowly heading back because of their latest designs but the big houses like lv, gucci, versace, and yes, now, dior are all shit. people need to think out of the box and just because a brand has name recognition doesn’t mean it has good clothes.
also, kanye should make up his mind. if he’s going to wear shit like bape or bbc he should stop writing about henrik vibskov and raf simons.

K these are pretty cool except for the huge upper strap and the loafer laces. It looks potentially like a really cool shoe but its WAY too over the top. diggin the color scheme tho…sick for partying…you GOTTA keep it clean tho…nobody likes a flashy gayper.

I must say these look better than the Reeboks. It is obvious that this design was inspired by Reeboks. What’s wrong with that? Let it be. I think they’re dope as shit and even if they weren’t they would still sell out but they are. I probably won’t be getting these because they are probably gonna be a ridiculous fee however this is one of my favorite shoes already because I know they won’t get overdone like dunks or forces, not a lot of folks will have them so you can definitely stunt in these especially if you know him and get your shit early, This collaboration is pretty historic in high fashion. When I heard LV high top I was thinking more along the lines of sleek and super edgy (like some dior shit from last season) but I wasn’t really imaging they would do a streetwear feel. The other shoes Mr. West is dropping are fire and definitely represent a more refined sense of style.
That being said I think they look pretty nice for a pair of high tops. The color scheme has me all hot and bothered.

Nothing unique or innovative here and that’s not just me hating.
Big hightops with straps are not on the cutting edge and though they may have been designed before the trend, they need to be scrapped.
I was hoping Kanye was going to provide a line for people who don’t want to dress like kids, but don’t want to dress like their parents. Oh well.
I see where he’s going artistically in his music and own style, but not everyone can pull that look off. That’s more performance art type shit he’s doing. He IS a walking piece of art and that’s cool. I get it. But for clothing/shoe design, keep in mind that the people who can get away with your look, wouldn’t want to, b/c they are most likely artists themselves and need to be unique on their own accord.
