Junya Watanabe's MAN 2009 Fall Collection

Junya Watanabe’s admiration for Americana inspired design is evident throughout the Japanese designers latest ready-to-wear collection. Following through with his Fall 2009 collaborations, Watanabe showcased a finely tailored pinstriped suit and shirt with Brooks Brothers and custom, leather accented Levi’s denim. Continuing with his hunting and fishing aesthetic, Junya incorporated a bit of Southern culture with a gamekeeper jacket, tweed and down infused blazer and hunting jacket all featuring various patches and over-the-top detailing.
