Making his debut at the MAN Fashion East Show in London this past month, designer Christopher Shannon re-engineers vintage Reebok pieces with a contemporary twist to form his collaborative capsule collection. After completing his stay at Central St Martins, Christopher Shannon has been heralded for his re-working of shell suits and sports pieces. He has collaborated with Judy Blame on a project for Comme Des Garcons as well as having pieces stocked at colette Paris.

    Is is cool now to look f’d up. what were those designers thinking when they let that guy were reeboks that came out five years ago and gave him booty shorts and spandex.

    what it streetwear coming to? this movement began in the dirty streets of New York when people were just trying to flaunt, show street knowledge, and compete for respect. the dude with the slick parted hair doesn’t know what i just said. people are just trying to make a buck off all this hype but the problem is people fall for this lack of creativity and brands without street cred.
