Nike SB Dunk High Shoe Goo

The upcoming Nike SB Shoe Goo Dunk High is arguably one of the most interesting models out of Nike SB in sometime. There’s a thorough amount of detailing seen as the side panels are represented by a detailed duct tape print which was reproduced through the scanning of an actual duct tape arrangement. Also seen on the upper is a cracked leather treatment and although not seen through the laces, the thick nylon tongue features a red drip design inspired by the actual Shoe Goo packaging. Finishing off the whole package is a yellow translucent midsole. These are slated to release as part of Nike SB’s September line.

they come with a set of black laces, but in the lace bag thers a set of yellow and a set of red and white.
they all sold from the local sb dealer within 4 days.

shoe looks alright as it is. but if it was white laces instead of black, that would be dopeee.

I really like them. For the past few years SB Dunks seem to spike and dip in terms of creativity and design to me, but these caught my interest. They look really worn and the “duct tape” effect reminds me more of denim. Some quality raw denim would really make these pop imo,
TO: ALLCITYKICKS, I never said that they were better than those sneakers. all am saying is that people never give sneakers a chance when they are better than some other of the things that came out this year and ill be especific too gibsons, red ponys, strummers, 720’s, clubber lang, fender bass, asbury park and i know that for a fact they where better than the whole sb lineup for this month. at the end of it all these sneakers are going to make noise when they are realese.

the shoe actually looks pretty clean. it really surprised me seeing as to how i havnt been feeling anything sb for the past 2-3 years. At times nike sb tries to hard, but i think some kids out there are trying to hard to hate nikes so they dont seem “hypebeast”

there is absolutely no part of the design of this shoe that hints at the ‘vintage’ or ‘pre-worn’ look. the shoe good and duct tape are really just symbolized in clever prints, it’s not like the shoes are ripped or covered in shoe goo, duct tape, etc. i like this colorway a lot, and that scanned duct tape is a pretty ingenious idea..
shoes look aight…might consider coppin’ them if i see them in real life and the price aint to high
