Bape 2008 Summer July Releases

The July Releases from Bape includes a large selection of T-shirts, cut & sew items, accessories, and a new Bapesta model. The designs used on the T-shirts are some classic graphics incorporating the brands birth year, 1993; and slogan designs utilizing the brand’s slogan. Cut & sew pieces will include short sleeve button ups, short sleeve crew neck sweaters, and plaid shorts. Teriyaki Boys mesh caps and sunglasses will be part of accessories, along with a few bags, and a baby milo figure. A new pair of Bapestas 88s that will come in Low and Mid will be part of the July release.
i used to like bape about 2 years ago, but fuck this shit, its ugly as hell, n those shades look like something in a gay robin costume or a muchador outfit…please stop, or bring back the old

I was in Bape the other day and I picked up some Purple kicks, the new ones in their single colour range, (well different shades of the same colour) and they are fucking hot. Best kicks I’ve seen them do in years. This shit, it’s a little simple, but I suppose after everyone jumped on Bape’s dick and copied the bright coloured style it had, Nigo is trying his hardest to move away from it.
u guys are dumb. firstly bapes downfall in the US?!?!?!?!?!?! what downfall are you speaking of? And its simplicity, i guess you guys aren’t following fashion but simple is what stands out now. And finally, if you think the designs and patterns are why they cost so much, then you don’t know the philosophy of the brand.
but like i said “allcity” its simple, but E-MAN is right if we want “simple” we can go with Stussy, False, Mishka ect. and we’re not gonna pay $80 a tee.
I think ive had this discussion before, these t shirts are not clever. I even own a few Ice Cream shirts and this is just ridiculous. The majority of these tees have been the same design floating around for the past year and a half. Every time I look at Bape’s seasons I see the same Baby Milo, slightly changed but def not worth 100 ones. All of these tee are mostly black and white! You cats are brainwashed!

i agree with The real mccoy. but the only problem is the price range compared to other street brands. i understand nigo’s trying to make bape look like a high class brand, but i think the price has contributed to bapes downfall in the US.
I thought the shades and the multi button up were some seriously weak shit. At lease they’re getting creative with their T’s again. Plaid shorts were hot but most of the crew-neck T’s looked childish, especially the Yo Yo Yo one. Alot better stuff then normal though.
i know alot of peeps is gonna disagree wit me but i actually like this shit a lil, its simple ane those shades are hot! its like college lounge wear. its summer too.
