Toro y Moi x Kevin Abstract Take Us to "Heaven"
Lifted from his forthcoming ‘Hole Erth’ LP.
Toro y Moi continues to build out his Hole Erth album, slated to release in early September. His latest cut lifted from the LP is aptly entitled “Heaven” and features Kevin Abstract and Lev.
Abstract carries the intro, setting the tone for the dreamy four-minute cut.
“Don’t let it go if you think you have it (Have it) / Don’t let it go, hold it with a passion (Passion) / Smoke and mirrors got you lookin’ at distractions (So distracting) / Even those got you hopin’ that it’s magic,” Toro delivers on the chorus, ahead of a repetitive refrain: “Park that car, drop that phone / Sleep on the floor, dream about me.”
