J EONGL I is an under-the-radar label that gained popularity in the techwear community shortly after its launch in 2022. Founded by Seoul-based designer Jeong Li, his eponymous brand is driven by a “New-Citywear” concept and a “New collage of old classic garment” design philosophy. For Fall/Winter 2024, J EONGL I unveils its aptly titled fourth collection, showcasing the new range that continues Li’s exploration in technical garment design.

The clothes, spanning a plethora of jackets, pants and footwear arrive in an earthy palette mixed with dark, moody colors. A sequel to its previous series, a sense of familiarity is evident, especially with only a subtle change to its core color schemes. From the more utilitarian sand-beige and slate gray to autumnal-themed maroon brown, the collection is complete with failsafe hues that remain faithful to the brand’s usual aesthetics as well as the emphasis on product quality and durability.

Highlighted picks include the new Back Embossed Coat with the labels’ signature sealed zipper pockets, the Zelta Bomber in a woolen fabrication, alongside the Contrast Softshell jacket and pants made of a four-way stretch fabric that is both waterproof and resistant.

Preview the collection in the lookbook above. The J EONGL I “004” collection is set to release later on in the year, where it will be available via its official webshop as well as authorized retailers like HBX.
