As the creative force behind London-based label Aries, Sofia Prantera spent 2019 further confirming the brand as a UK streetwear mainstay. Over the course of the year, Aries came through with a number of high profile collaborations, beginning with a capsule celebrating Britain’s neolithic history alongside artist Jeremy Deller. That collaboration came with an exhibition that travelled all around the world, before Aries returned with another knockout collection for Spring/Summer 2019 and a release with Suicoke. Rounding out the year was the label’s second collaboration with New Balance, which arrived in October and feature two sneakers and an apparel capsule.
