Shinsuke Takizawa’s NEIGHBORHOOD saw several collaborations in 2019, starting out the year strong with an initial BAPE x adidas offering. This was followed up with two standalone collaborations with the aforementioned brands, which included a highly coveted Shark Hoodie Incense Chamber and Japan-exclusive adidas UltraBOOST, respectively. NEIGHBORHOOD then joined the likes of brand’s AMBUSH and NEEDLES to design exclusive capsules for MR PORTER. NEIGHBORHOOD and Converse also reunited on an All Star Chuck ‘70 & Jack Purcell capsule collection following its graphic-heavy collab with Anti Social Social Club. It also produced a set of aero luggage accessories with Globe Trotter. Recently, NEIGHBORHOOD announced two more adidas UltraBOOST collaborations to close out the year as it started.
