Description

Founded by the designer of the same name in 1966, agnès b is a French fashion label. The brand saw a big expansion over the course of the 1980s, moving into menswear in 1981, opening its first international store in New York two years later and introducing perfume, skincare and cosmetics in 1987. In more recent years, agnès b has also focused on art. As well as running two galleries and publishing a contemporary art periodical, the label has celebrated and collaborated with artists including David Lynch, Jean-Michel Basquiat and a string of photographers.
