Apple TV has unveiled its full slate for 2026 – a lineup filled with new feature films, series debuts, and follow-up seasons to some of its most popular shows including Ted Lasso.

Among the highlights is a remake of Martin Scorsese’s 1991 cult horror classic “Cape Fear,” which has been reimagined by Nick Antosca as a 10-episode TV series. It stars Amy Adams and Patrick Wilson alongside Javier Bardem who plays the psychopathic revenge seeking rapist Max – a role that earned Robert De Niro both the Oscar and Golden Globe nominations for Best Actor with the ’91 original.

“Outcome” is another – a dark comedy directed, co-produced and starring Jonah Hill alongside Keanu Reeves and Cameron Diaz. The film is released on April 10 – and also sees Martin Scorsese make a small acting cameo.

Apple Original Films has also teamed up with toy giant Mattel for “Matchbox The Movie,” in which the world of toy cars comes to life and welcomes John Cena back to the big screen in an explosive action-comedy about a CIA agent framed for stealing a nuclear warhead – who ropes his childhood friends into a mission to clear his name under the guise of a reunion.
