Transparent Expands Into Fragrance with Its Minimalist Aroma Diffuser
Merging Scandinavian design and sensory innovation, the Stockholm brand reimagines how scent can elevate modern living.
Summary:
- Transparent has released a new Aroma Diffuser
- Crafted from glass and aluminum, the Aroma Diffuser reflects Transparent’s signature minimalist aesthetic.
- Ultrasonic innovation turns fragrance oils into a fine, even mist – no flames, smoke, or pollutants.
Stockholm-based design brand Transparent, is best known for its minimalist transparent speakers. However, now it has officially expanded into the world of fragrance with the launch of the Aroma Diffuser.
The diffuser follows the same clean Scandinavian design philosophy that defines its sound tech products. Specifically, combining glass and aluminum in a form inspired by traditional fragrance laboratories. Functionally, it leverages ultrasonic technology to turn fragrance oil and water into a fine mist that delivers scent evenly throughout a room without flames, smoke, or pollutants.
Moreover, the open system design works with any fragrance oil, allowing users to customize their scent experience. And, in line with Transparent’s modular approach, the diffuser is easy to take apart, clean, and maintain, ensuring long-lasting use.
To mark the launch, Transparent has also curated a collection of natural essential oils inspired by the Nordic landscape: Pine, Red Cedar, and Spruce – grounding scents designed almost as a starter pack to help users explore their personal fragrance preferences.
“Fragrance allows us to experience powerful emotions and memories,” says Per Brickstad, Transparent’s Creative Director. “We designed this diffuser to celebrate that connection – bringing a natural, timeless sensory experience into the home.”
The Transparent Aroma Diffuser is available now on Kickstarter and Transparent’s website for $300 USD.
