LUAR and Lunazul Tequila Toast to NYFW at Exclusive Brooklyn After-Party

Following the reveal of designer Raul Lopez’s LUAR Spring/Summer 2027 collection, the celebration spilled off the runway and straight into 99 Scott Street in Brooklyn for the official LUAR x Lunazul Tequila after-party. Running late into the night, the event transformed the industrial venue into a vibrant epicenter of New York nightlife. Under moody purple and pink glow lights, a high-energy crowd packed the space to toast the groundbreaking “Christopher Street Columbus” collection and its agave-leather capsule.
At the center of the room was a complete Lunazul takeover. The space featured a fully custom, stainless steel bar outfitted with illuminated signage, branded napkins, and branded bar mats, bringing the spirit of the tequila into the heart of the afterparty. Guests moved fluidly between the bar, the dance floor, and the outdoor area behind the venue while sipping on custom cocktails crafted exclusively for the night. Favorites included “The Lunarita”—Lunazul’s fresh take on the classic margarita—and “La Luna Rosa,” their signature spin on a Paloma.
The soundscape for the evening was curated by a heavy-hitting DJ lineup featuring Bearcat, Alexis De La Rosa, and Sterling Juan Diaz. Decks thumped from the DJ booth—where sets were spun in a bold, monogrammed LUAR jacket—keeping the dance floor moving at a peak all night long. Partygoers, tastemakers, and creatives dressed in sharp tailoring, leather jackets, statement accessories, and LUAR fits gathered in a genuine showcase of NYC’s creative community. Designer Raul Lopez was right in the middle of it all, mingling, raising glasses with guests, and celebrating the launch alongside close friends and supporters.
