Tokyo-based concept store V.A., directed by Hiroshi Fujiwara and operated by JUN Co., Ltd., has announced its second collaborative release with American basics legacy label Hanes. Building upon the success of their initial partnership, the duo has chosen the crew-neck pocket tee from Hanes’ iconic, heavy-duty BEEFY-T® line as its core silhouette.
Revered for its classic boxy American fit, durable heavy-knit cotton construction, and shape-retaining ribbed collar, the staple top is designed to soften with every wash while retaining its structured form. Elevating the timeless blank, V.A. integrates subtle custom detailing, incorporating an embroidered “VA” logo onto the chest pocket with thread colors specifically customized to harmonize with each shirt’s body tone.
Priced at ¥4,950 JPY (approx. $31 USD), the V.A. Hanes Beefy Pocket Tees release launches in seven colorways: classic Black and White, alongside Plum, Dark Brown, Indigo, Mustard and Greige. Offered in sizes S through XL, each shirt comes housed in exclusive co-branded packaging that reflects V.A.’s refined aesthetic.
