Nike and Chevrolet have officially announced their second collaboration with the Nike Book 2, introducing a four-sneaker collaboration designed alongside Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker. Expanding on last year’s sold-out Book 1 Chevy Blazer pack, the new collection pulls inspiration directly from Booker’s personal garage of vintage Chevrolet Impalas.
he debut release, titled “Pretty Penny,” matches the paint scheme of Booker’s 1959 Chevrolet Impala convertible. Each silhouette in the four-part lineup reflects a specific Impala from Booker’s collection, incorporating model years (’58, ’59, ’62, and ’63) alongside tongue tops engineered to mirror each vehicle’s hood ornament. The apparel offering includes a “Heartbeat of America” T-shirt referencing iconic ’80s and ’90s Chevrolet anthems, while each sneaker comes housed in custom boxes styled after mid-century kraft-paper Chevy accessories packaging with bold teal-and-orange graphics.
The Nike Book 2 “Pretty Penny” releases early in Detroit on August 15, 2026, via SNKRS Pass reservations with pickup at Burn Rubber during the Woodward Dream Cruise, followed by a global release on August 26, 2026, with the remaining three colorways arriving in December 2026.
