The House of KARL LAGERFELD unveils its first luxury branded residences in Lisbon, Portugal.

It features a Bauhaus‑inspired V‑shaped façade, luxury apartments and curated wellness amenities.

Developed with Overseas and The One Atelier, completion expected in 2028.

The House of KARL LAGERFELD has officially unveiled KARL LAGERFELD Residences Lisboa, the Maison’s first branded residential project in Portugal. Developed in partnership with Overseas and designed by The One Atelier under Andrea Boschetti’s direction, the project translates Karl Lagerfeld’s creative sensibility into architectural form.

Anchored on Rua Braamcamp near Avenida da Liberdade, the residence comprises ten exclusive apartments across eleven floors, each starting at 234 square meters. The building’s sculptural V‑shaped façade, ascending in vertical lines and shaded with Karl’s signature red gradient, reflects Bauhaus precision while nodding to the red frames he used in his sketches. Interiors are furnished by Karl Lagerfeld Maison, with finishes in brushed steel, lacquer, Via Láctea stone, and Grigio wood, creating a clean yet luxurious palette.

Amenities elevate the project into a lifestyle experience, including concierge services, private parking and a wellness floor featuring an emotional shower, sauna, steam room, heated pool and gym. A distinctive touch is the underwater sound system in the pool, inspired by Karl’s own home in Biarritz, while the penthouse boasts a transparent‑floor pool that doubles as a ceiling feature below. Each apartment includes a private jacuzzi, reinforcing individuality and comfort. Scheduled for completion in 2028, Karl Lagerfeld Residences Lisboa joins the Maison’s growing portfolio of design‑led real estate projects, alongside the Karl Lagerfeld Macau hotel and Villas Dubai.
