ASICS has tapped Studio Hagel for the design of its brand new NEOTIDE sneaker, a brand new silhouette featuring a circular design built from recycled and repurposed ASICS products across Europe. A direct evolution of the previous NEOCURVE model, the NEOTIDE utilizes a “snow-sculpted” design philosophy, simplifying the complex, layered construction of the archival GEL-NYC into a smooth, continuous form.
Available in two colorways – “Sweet Pink” and “Brown Storm” – the silhouette features a mesh base layered with nubuck panels, creating a textured, hiking-inspired aesthetic. The upper is accented with embroidered “NEOTIDE” branding, while the tongue and quarters highlight Hagel’s experimental approach to form and finish. A chunky midsole paired with a traction-heavy outsole ensures durability and grip, balancing performance with a bold visual identity.
