Seiko has unveiled the Seiko 5 Sports x HUF II Limited Edition watch, a follow‑up to their first joint release and a tribute to the archival 1970s “Time Sonar” model. This reinterpretation introduces the vibrant “HUF Green” colorway, exclusive to the collaboration, which accents the semi‑transparent dial and highlights the mechanical movement beneath. The watch retains the distinctive day‑date display and bold case design of the original, while modern updates ensure durability and everyday wearability.
The watch is housed in a robust stainless steel case with a matching bracelet, and the exhibition case back is prominently etched with the HUF logo in its signature green. To further distinguish the piece, the seconds hand is also painted in the same neon green, providing a high-contrast tick against the dark, smoky background of the dial.
The collaboration reflects HUF’s skateboarding and streetwear roots, founded by professional skateboarder Keith Hufnagel, and Seiko’s long tradition of accessible mechanical watchmaking.
