Celebrating the intersection of rugged utility and mecha anime culture, Dickies has teamed up with STRICT-G for a new Mobile Suit Gundam collaboration. The collection reimagines the Texas-born workwear brand’s staples through the lens of the anime’s warring factions, offering distinct designs for both the Earth Federation Forces and the Principality of Zeon.
Leading the drop are the modified 874 Work Pants, which maintain the model’s classic wide silhouette while incorporating specific color palettes and detailing representative of each military force. Complementing the bottoms are two graphic T-shirts that fuse the Dickies logo with original Gundam artwork.
Rounding out the accessories, the collection includes GI belts based on Dickies’ standard model, updated with Earth Federation and Zeon imagery. This partnership continues STRICT-G’s mission of integrating the Gundam universe into functional, daily fashion, leveraging Dickies’ century-long heritage of durability.
Pre-orders for the Dickies x Gundam STRICT-G collection are open now on the STRICT-G Online Store until February 8. The general release hits STRICT-G physical locations (Tokyo Odaiba, Tokyo Solamachi, NEOPASA Shizuoka, Taga SA) and select Dickies stores on February 7.
