Nike Basketball has been revisiting Kobe Bryant’s signature shoes in recent years, offering Protro (performance retro) takes on the beloved line. The Nike Kobe 9 Elite is the most recent model to return, arriving in both its high and low-top forms.
Adding to its lineup of looks, Vanessa Bryant, who has been teasing many upcoming Kobe drops and PEs, just unveiled the return of the Nike Kobe 9 EXT. Created to serve as a lifestyle counterpart to the Elite version of the Kobe 9, the Kobe 9 EXT is known for donning premium materials. This take on the shoe sees a suede base and tumbled leather overlays combine in a deep red. From there, a shimmering gold hits the midfoot Swooshes and the tongue’s Sheath logo, combining with a gum outsole to complete the look.
At the time of writing, neither Vanessa Bryant nor Nike Basketball have indicated when the Nike Kobe 9 EXT will be returning to shelves.
