Wale Debuts New Nike GT Future "Kryptonate"-Inspired Colorway
The DMV-based rapper has been revealing hints at the newest colorways all year.
Wale has single-handedly captured the sneakerhead community with his advocacy for the Nike GT Future. All year, the DMV-rapper has been dropping hints of bright new colorways slated to hit the silhouette.
Since the silhouette’s debut during the NBA All-Stars this year, the basketball model has become one of the most anticipated sneakers. Immediately drawing comparisons to the Hyperflight and the Air Flightposite One, the pair that Wale has showed off in an impromptu fit check with @fitsonthestreets seems to take inspiration from the “Grinch” and “Kryptonate” colorway.
According to the Swoosh in February, the GT Future is slated to arrive sometimes this Holiday 2025 season. Take a look at Wale showing off the new pair below.
