Vivienne Westwood MAN has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2025 collection with a bold campaign featuring distressed fabrics, anarchic patterns and hand-drawn prints highlighting the design process.

Throughout the collection garments are characterized by baggy fits, asymmetrical lines and a mixture of cropped and long hems. Poncho-like shirting, wrap skirts, cargo shorts, and extra-roomy trousers provide cooling comfort during the warmer months and also imbue the collection with the oversized sensibilities of Japanese street style — a hub for the eclectic style Westwood is known for.

Elevated looks include a matching oversized skirt and shirt set made in a traditional brown check, and another checked set comprising a cropped shirt jacket with tortoise buttons and a pair of oversized high-water drawstring trousers. Loud prints highlight the late designer’s fearless approach to mixing busy and disparate elements, a sensibility deeply rooted in the London Punk tradition from which she emerged. Vertical stripes appear the most often, recast in different colors and juxtaposed with hand-drawn fashion illustrations. These colorful sketches depicting an array of numbered garments also appear against solid knits like t-shirts, hoodies and casual shorts.

Elsewhere, another colorful print features an amalgamation of flowers, bugs and snakes, evoking the abundant natural life that emerges in the Spring and Summer seasons. The brand has continued to stand behind Westwood’s environmental perspectives after her passing, as demonstrated by a black hoodie featuring a simple text graphic “Buy Less, Choose Well.” The collection is rounded out with branded accessories including caps, cross body bags and mini purses boasting the recognizable Vivienne Westwood wordmark.

Vivienne Westwood MAN is a sub-label exclusive to Japan — shop the collection now at the Vivienne Westwood Tokyo web store and select Japanese locations.
