The Vivienne Westwood Fall/Winter 2026 campaign, photographed by long-time collaborator Juergen Teller, takes place inside the grand showroom of Belloni, a family-run Italian cabinet and furniture manufacturer established over 150 years ago in Barlassina. Creative Director Andreas Kronthaler conceived the campaign location after visiting the legendary artisans, selecting their opulent backdrops to reflect his current life in Milan and Italy. According to Kronthaler, despite the challenge of shooting in intense 41-degree Celsius heat, Teller and creative partner Dovile Drizyte captured a striking visual series where Rococo revival giltwood furnishings, Art Deco-inspired cabinetry, nd richly upholstered textiles frame the seasonal collection.
The visuals showcase a dramatic juxtaposition between classical Italian interior design and Vivienne Westwood’s signature subverted tailoring. Set against gold damask, gilded Rococo settees, and trompe-l’œil architectural wallpaper, the wardrobe unfolds across a series of staged salons, studies, and boudoirs. The collection highlights dark, sharply felted tailoring disrupted by vibrant flashes of color, layered alongside structured Harris Tweed coats and draped dresses that intentionally reveal exposed seams and stockings. Corseted knitwear and an eclectic clash of textures are further contrasted by the showroom’s Neoclassical seating arrangements.
Casting also plays a central role, blending agency models with street-cast faces to bring immediacy and directness to the portraits. Italian cultural icon Ilona Staller (Cicciolina) joins the lineup, tying together the narrative with her presence as a symbol of subversive glamour.
