First Look At TOGA x ASICS’ Sneaker Collaboration
Implemented with decorative appliqué, double laces as well as TOGA’s signature hardware.
TOGA has teamed up with fellow Japanese brand, ASICS, for their first-ever sneaker collaboration. First previewed at TOGA’s Fall/Winter 2025 show during London Fashion Week, the upcoming sneaker embodies the “FORMAL, INFORMAL, ANTI-FORMAL” design DNA as expressed throughout the collection.
The collaborative model appears to be based on ASICS’ GEL-NYC model but is reimagined with decorative appliqué reminiscent of the designs seen on cowboy boots. This is paired with a double lacing system, comprising a thin, patterned shoelace with a quick-release fastener interwoven with a sporty oval-type one in a pristine white.
TOGA’s emblematic ornamental hardware is also incorporated around the eyelets, adding to the shoe’s distinct and eclectic design. Based on the show, the sneaker is revealed in three colorways, spanning gray, silver with red and an earth-tone iteration featuring ocher and terracotta hues.
