When New Balance first debuted its 2002R Protection Pack, it changed the game, reshaping sneaker aesthetics that leaned into the deconstructed construction. U.K. retailer size? is reviving the Protection Pack with an exclusive trio of 2002R colorways from earthy browns to a black and grey pair. The shoes feature distressed suede overlays the contrast against the mesh upper base. The brown pair is expected to release first, mixing the classic and modern elements of the New Balance shoes. The metallic silver edition swaps the suede for a sleek leather look whereas the all-black edition maintains the mixed suede and leather aesthetic. All three of the pairs feature a pale yellow set of laces to give it a vintage finish. The brown pair is slated to release on March 12.
