The venue occupies a 6,943 square foot ground-floor unit in a grandiose industrial building with exposed concrete, steel, and brick, contrasted by warm, refined accents. The layout includes a retail area stocked with up-and-coming brands like Forden and MANORS, seven private Golfzon simulator lounges designed as semi-private living rooms and a full-service restaurant and bar with Southern menu staples.

The design blends classic golf club aesthetics with the historic building’s character. Deep forest greens, putting-green tones, burgundy accents, and red oak veneer create an upscale yet inviting atmosphere. The simulator lounges feature wood-clad walls, textured green carpeting, and heavy green curtains for a cozy feel, while playful nods to old world golf are woven throughout. Lighting is carefully curated, with a monumental warm light box at the reception, fabric cylinder fixtures and custom steel sconces in the restaurant, and checkered light squares in the simulator lounges.

Muni redefines the concept of an indoor golf club by emphasizing a sharp eye for design and an open, inviting layout alongside cutting-edge technology. And although nothing can replace the communal experience of a round shared with friends on a conventional golf course, Muni does its best by blending the nostalgia of classic country clubs with a modern, minimalist interpretation for the next generation.
