HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE has unveiled BREEZE, a brand new sneaker addition to its Spring/Summer 2025 offering. Boasting an asymmetrical design, the BREEZE sneakers showcase an airy silhouette incorporated with drawcords and mesh on the upper for a light and breathable feel. This is paired with a tonal sole in an organic shape, imbued with carved-out patterns reminiscent of ISSEY MIYAKE’s trademark pleats.
While the brand has never really been known for its footwear, the latest sneaker offering shows that ISSEY MIYAKE is just as good at applying its technological-driven approach as well as signature design language onto footwear. The sneaker is offered in three different tonal builds, spanning a stealthy “Black,” muted “Light Gray” and a matcha-like “Teal Green” colorway.
