nonnative and WILD THINGS have continued their long-standing partnership, launching their ninth collaboration, the Explorer Pack “Operation Wold.” This collection once again revises two core functional jackets, the Denali Jacket and the Monster Parka, by applying a modern utility update that allows for seamless integration into daily life.
The Denali Jacket, which was first released by Wild Things in 1983, maintains its classic outdoor aesthetic while being upgraded with lightweight THINSULATE™ Ex-Soft insulation for exceptional warmth. It also features a two-layer GORE-TEX membrane for waterproofing, along with snap buttons on the front flap to prevent snagging. The Monster Parka utilizes the same insulation material for an optimal balance of volume and warmth as well. Its nylon ripstop shell incorporates GORE-TEX WINDSTOPPER® for enhanced wind protection. Besides, its design has been subtly refined for improved ease of movement and comfort, featuring a higher neckline and fleece-lined hand warmer pockets.
Both items are available in two understated colorways: coyote and black, making them versatile for styling. Priced from ¥148,000 JPY to ¥158,000 JPY (approx. $940 – $1,010 USD), the Explorer Pack will be available for purchase starting December 13 on the nonnative website, select nonnative retailers, and COVERCHORD.
