Thom Browne Aliens Invaded PFW for SS26
The American designer landed in Paris to debut an otherworldly display of extraterrestrial fashion.
New York designer Thom Browne has conquered Paris Fashion Week with a runway-ready alien fleet, landing his Spring/Summer 2026 spaceship filled with fashionable extraterrestrials. From bedazzled alien heads to extra tenticles, Thom Browne blew up his signature striped ensembles for a lineup of otherworldly creatures.
Staged on the penultimate day of Paris Fashion Week, guests — including Rachel Zegler and Law Roach — stepped into the Thom Browne universe, greeted by frozen spaceship workers upon arrival. For SS26, Browne ventures into the unknown, inviting space invaders to touch down on Earth in the most stylish way possible.
Foreign creatures strutted the runway holding numbered signs to identify their looks. The first: a green-headed alien in Browne’s signature striped tailoring, exaggerated with an expanded waistband and multiple arm and leg compartments. Next, silver-headed beings showcased their painted mesh torsos, while the designer’s preppy uniforms were blown up to celestial proportions. Bright-hued blazers paired with fringed coats and oversized neckties; others shrank to fit petite extraterrestrials. Balloon skirts brushed against patchwork uniforms and immense sports coats that concealed supernatural silhouettes — closing the collection with lavish silver gowns and metallic tennis sets.
Thom Browne touched down in Paris with an extravagant display of transcendental fashion, presenting one of the most jaw-dropping runways of the season.
