The limited-production, triple-calendar dress watch introduces updated aesthetic codes and a new case design while preserving the brand’s commitment to meticulous finishing and restrained elegance.
The dial presents a soft, salmon‑pink hue inspired by Asaoka’s memory of red fallen leaves seen through frost columns in a small Tokyo park. Vertical guilloché, an element Asaoka has refined since his first tourbillon, defines the dial’s texture and frames the recessed month and day indicators, while deep, onyx‑like black hands provide striking legibility. A natural black onyx cabochon crowns the piece and a gold medallion engraved on the caseback commemorates the Jubilee year.
Housed in a highly polished stainless steel case measuring 38mm in diameter, the Grand Jubilee Calendar is powered by the automatic Miyota 9122, offering a 40‑hour power reserve at 28,800vph. The design balances classical dress watch proportions with subtle contemporary details to achieve a visually thin, well‑balanced look.
