After introducing a retrograde complication to the Pioneer, H. Moser & Cie. continues to enrich the iconic collection with a new tourbillon iteration — the Pioneer Tourbillon Burgundy.
An amalgamation of sophisticated elegant and horological robustness, the new Pioneer Tourbillon Burgundy is attired in a 5N red gold case, measuring 40mm in diameter. Its watch face stars a burgundy fumé dial with a sunburst pattern, adorned with a transparent lacquered dial, lume-filled indicated and leaf-shaped hands.
Dominating the 6 o’clock spot is a flying tourbillon, powered by the HMC 805 automatic caliber and geared with a double hairspring. Viewable through an open sapphire caseback, the movement ensures an impressive three-day power reserve and beats at a 21,600 vph frequency.
Completing a timepiece with an unexpected color twist, its primary strap boasts utilitarian appeal in a khaki green hue and rubber materiality. The strap also features perforations akin to rally-style types, thus imbuing the timepiece with a sporty mood.
